Order Processing

Upon order submission you will receive an emailed copy of your order form. You will also receive a payment confirmation from PayPal if you chose to checkout using PayPal. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of submission and you will recieve an updated order status indicating your order is "Awaitinig Shipment".
If you choose to checkout using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover you will see Thr33Dogz on your billing statement.
Shipping Policy
Orders shipped to U.S. and Canadian customers only!
Orders normally ship within 1 business day. In rare cases orders may take up to 3 business days. For orders to Canada please allow up to 3 business days for order to ship.
- All shipments receive a tracking number.
- Delivery is typically within 4 - 7 days.
You will receive an updated order status with a tracking number to track your orders progress. Orders to Canada are shipped using United States Postal Service and may not receive a tracking number
Products are shipped from our suppliers using their preferred shipping carrier. Some ordered items may be shipped separately. In rare cases, an item you order may be out of stock and will be placed on backorder. You will be notified of the backorder status along with an expected ship date. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund in instances were the backorder condition is expected to be 7 days or longer.
How Shipping is Calculated Free Shipping!
Shipping is calculated using UPS ground rates. Costs may vary depending on the actual vs. dimensional weight. For packages over 5184 cubic inches the dimensional weight is used in the shipping calculation. The dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying (in inches) the package Height X Width X Length divided by 194 (HxWxL/194). The result is the dimensional weight rounded to the nearest pound. Where the dimensional weight is less than the actual weight, then the actual weight is used to calculate shipping. To learn more on dimensional weight, click here.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase, NO QUESTIONS ASKED as long as the merchandise (and all accessories if any) is returned in original packaging material. All you will need to do is contact Three Dogz com by email at returns@thr33dogz.com or you may use our online contact form with your order number and specify what you are returning . We will email you a return shipping label that you attach to the package and drop off at your nearest UPS store or customer service center. Your refund for returns will be the price paid plus applicable shipping and taxes (if any), paid to you in the same manner as your original purchase.
Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Three Dogz com shall not be held liable for damages real or perceived arising out of or in connection with any use of, inability to use or results of use of the Thr33 Dogz.com Website or any content on this Website, or any type of Newsletter or advertisement. If you are dissatisfied with this Website, any type of Newsletter, advertisement and content or these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of this Website, Newsletter or other advertisements.
All products listed in this Website are brand new (meaning the products are not returns, surplus etc). In some rare instances there may be manufacturing defects that are unknown hidden by manufacturer packaging. In this event, Three Dogz com's liability will not exceed the purchase cost and any applicable handling and shipping fees.
Three Dogz com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of content, links to Third Party sites, advertisements and any other information that may be provided on this site. Three Dogz com reserves the right to make increases, additions or corrections for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice. This also includes product pricing, descriptions, or availability made in the course of normal business due to market conditions or sales. If you have placed an ordered for an item that was priced in error lower than our normal selling price, we will honor the purchase price presented to you when your order was submitted and payment received.
