Gift Certificate Information

Expiration
Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date.
Redeeming your Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates can be redeemed during the checkout process on the order "Details" page by entering the unique Gift Certificate number. The order total will be reduced by the face value of the gift certificate and will be displayed on the "Review" page.
If the gift certificate face value is greater than the purchase amount, then the purchase amount will be deducted from the certificate face value. The remaining balance can be applied to future purchase(s) until there is a zero dollar Gift Certificate balance.
Gift Certificates Cancellation
The Gift Certificate purchaser may cancel an unredeemed Gift Certificate at any time by submitting your request using our contact form.
If you cancel your Gift Certificate within 60 days, your refund will be credited to the credit card that you used when purchasing the Gift Certificate or to your PayPal account if used. Canceled Gift Certificates after 60 days will be refunded by check or to your PayPal account if you are a PayPal member.
Gift Certificate recipient will be notified by email of cancellation.
Fees
There are no fees for purchase or redemtion of Gift Certificates.
Lost Unique Gift Certificate Numbers
If you lose or delete your Gift Certificate number, please contact us with the following information for verification purposes:
- Your name
- Purchaser name and email
- Dollar amount
The Gift Certificate will only be resent to the recipient email address used when purchased.
*Global Discounts normally applied to product purchases also apply to Gift Certificates (i.e. $100 gift certificate where all products are discounted 10% would cost $90 and be redeamable at $100 face value).
