How We Use Cookies

Online Order Processing

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

When you place an order, you do not enter any personal information (credit card, billing/shipping address, e-mail, phone numbers, etc) that will be non-secure at any time.  All of your order information is entered on a secure order form using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which is indicated by a lock symbol in your browser or by the address in your browser address bar beginning with https://www.thr33dgoz.com/... 

Your credit card information IS NEVER provided to Three Dogz com or to our supplier.

If you check out using a credit card on our secure form, we do not collect, capture or store your credit card information. Your card information is passed from our site to PayPal Web Payments for processing.

Personnal information that you provide, Name and  Shipping Address only, is shared with our supplier(s) for the sole purpose of order fulfillment. 

Communications

NEVER ENTER CREDIT CARD, BANK ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN ANY EMAIL OR NON-SECURE FORM.

There are instances where you may elect to provide us with personal information. If you fill out one of our feedback or request forms or send us email, you are transmitting the information that appears to you in the form or the message. This will typically include information like your name, mailing address, email address, the kind of request you are making, and any other information necessary to fulfill your request. You never transmit personally identifying information that you do not enter yourself.  This is always your option; this information cannot be collected unless you specifically elect to send it to us. Personnally identifiable information or email addresses will never be posted on the Thr33 Dogz.com Website.  Personal Information or Email addresses shared in blogs,bulletin boards, chat rooms, news groups or other public forums that may be pubicly available, is entered at  the users discretion. Three Dogz com will not be held accountable for any undesired distribution or misuse of email addresses posted in any type of public forum.

Questions or testimonials that are received from customers may be posted on our Website.  Questions or testimonials may be edited or posted as-is at the discretion of the Webmaster and will at most be posted with initials.

Contests

If you elect to enter any contests, when offered, the only personal information that may be posted on the Thr33 Dogz.com  Website will be limited to first name and state of residence of the winner.  Contests when offered will typically require your name, address and email address by email.

Newletter subscription

If you subscribe to Thr33 Dogz.com newsletters or advertisements when offered, you have the right to opt-out at any time at your discretion by following the directions located on any of the newsletters or advertisements you may receive.  If you wish to ensure your protection from possible suspicious emails and/or reduce your risk to "Phishing",  you may send an email to opt-out@thr33dogz.com.  Once you have chosen to opt-out, your email address will be removed from our distribution lists within 2 business days.  In no case will you ever receive any newsletter or advertisements through the postal system.
